Customers can have cleaning studies with MicroCare fluids performed at no charge in our state-of-the-art applications laboratory. Our “best-practices” approach to critical cleaning makes MicroCare products more cost-effective than any competing technology.

MicroCare is Best-In-Class

MicroCare supports its products and customers with a “best in class” product stewardship program. The MicroCare Stewardship Program is detailed focused on safety, because a safe cleaning environment also is an efficient cleaning environment.

But it goes beyond just whatever liquid is in the drum or the pail. It includes product safety training, cleaning fluid selection, cleaning system design, operating training, storage and handling audits, and on-site inspections. Depending upon the cleaning application, MicroCare may insist the customer obtain specific types of cleaning equipment or equipment with specific features. Regulatory compliance is another area in which MicroCare excels, such as the VOC rules in Southern California, the new “F-gas” rules in Europe and the new “Globally Harmonized System” for chemical safety standards. All MicroCare products, labels and SDS sheets are REACH- and ROHS-compliant and most are available in eleven languages. MicroCare also will work with client engineers to specify cleaning processes that are well-designed and well-maintained, ensuring proper cleaning, minimizing solvent emissions, saving money and protecting people and the planet.

To ensure that the original plans and procedures are being followed and have been properly updated as the needs of the customer have evolved, the MicroCare Product Stewardship program strongly recommends at least an annual audit of the cleaning system and its operations.

MicroCare takes this responsibility for stewardship very seriously. MicroCare strongly recommends users satisfy their own curiosity and double-check our facts with thorough research into the products, processes and the competition.
